Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?
Yes. Enter your subscription code on any device to unlock the apps. To share your data across devices — your roster on the iPad you bring to practice and the phone you use at the game — create a Sync code inside the app (Settings > Sync). The two codes do different jobs: the subscription code unlocks the app, the Sync code mirrors your data.
How do I install PlayOS on my home screen?
PlayOS apps are PWAs — no app store needed. iOS Safari: tap the Share icon → Add to Home Screen. Android Chrome: tap the menu (three dots) → Install app (or Add to Home Screen). Once installed, the app launches like any native app. First-time login needs an internet connection; after that, the app remembers your device for typical use. This matters most on the sideline, where Wi-Fi is unreliable and you don't want a browser tab between you and your team.
What happens to my data if I lose or replace my device?
Sync codes let you mirror your data across devices. We recommend setting up Sync as soon as you start using the app so a lost device never costs you progress. Sign in with your subscription code on the new device, enter your Sync code, and your roster, sessions, journal, and history come right back. You can also export your data anytime from Settings.
What's the difference between Player Premium and Player Family?
Premium covers one player. Family covers up to 4 kids in the same household with a shared parent dashboard — same features for each player, one subscription. If you have one kid in soccer, Premium. If you have multiple, Family is cheaper than buying separate Premium subs.
Can I cancel anytime?

When your club subscribes, every coach on your roster gets full access to the included apps — no per-seat fees. You pay one flat annual rate regardless of whether you have 8 coaches or 30.
What's included in the free trial?
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day full-access trial through Stripe. Cancel anytime before day 7 and you won't be charged. You get everything in the plan so you can run a real session, host a real game, or audit your club before deciding.
What does “Founding Member” actually mean?
If you subscribe before July 25, 2026, the 25% Founding Member discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code to enter. Your Founding Member rate is then held for the life of your active subscription — it doesn’t expire on July 25. It’s our way of thanking early adopters who back the product before it has a track record. After July 25, the discount is no longer available to new subscribers, but Founding Members keep their rate as long as their subscription stays active.
How does PlayOS Tournament pricing work?
Tournament is included in both club plans at no additional cost. You can run unlimited tournaments per season — spring cup, fall invitational, end-of-season tournament — all under one subscription.
How does Ask PlayOS AI work?
Ask PlayOS AI is included with every paid plan — 15 queries per day per app. Player Free includes 3 queries per day. No API key needed. Powered by Claude. Tournament does not include AI.
Can individual coaches sign up separately from their club?
Absolutely. Coaches can subscribe individually to PlayOS Coach and Game. If their club later adopts a club plan, their individual sub can be cancelled — the club subscription covers everything.
How do we install PlayOS on a phone or tablet?
PlayOS apps are PWAs — no app store needed. iOS Safari: tap the Share icon → Add to Home Screen. Android Chrome: tap the menu (three dots) → Install app (or Add to Home Screen). Once installed, the app launches like any native app. First-time login needs an internet connection; after that, the app remembers your device for typical use. Critical for sideline use where Wi-Fi is unreliable.
How is our club's data protected if a coach loses their device?
Sync codes let coaches and board members mirror their data across devices. We recommend setting up Sync as soon as anyone starts using the app so a lost device never costs progress — the new device gets the same Sync code and the data comes right back. Club admins can also export data anytime from Settings.

No app store downloads. PlayOS apps run in your browser — on your phone, tablet, or laptop. Here’s the path from checkout to using the apps.

Subscribe through Stripe
Click any “Start free trial” button above. Stripe handles checkout. You’ll need a credit card on file (you won’t be charged if you cancel before day 7), and your Founding Member discount is applied automatically — no code to enter.

Get your activation codes by email
Right after checkout, you’ll see a confirmation page with one activation code per app on your plan (e.g. COACH-BX7K9). The same codes are emailed to you so you can find them later.

Open the app and enter your code
Each app has a public URL (we’ll send links). On first open you’ll see an activation screen — paste your code, you’re in. The app remembers you on that device, so you only do this once per device.

Manage anything from My Account
Lost a code? Need to update your payment method? Want to cancel? Open My Account in the nav, enter your email, and you’ll find your codes plus a button to open the Stripe billing portal — that’s where cancellation happens.
